I think Christina Ricci figured out the perfect way to do big screen nudity. She did a ton of sexy roles in movies and on TV without ever giving a glimpse, and then she went all out in Prozac Nation. And even though the scene wasn't particularly sexy, it caused such a stir and was voted one of the best nude scenes of the year.
Christina's second parlay into stripping down was in Black Snake Moan. Sure the scene is short, but she plays a topless sex crazed nymphomaniac, so that tends to make up for it.
